Reservation and Decision Making

Users and Access Control
1. A master administrator can create any number of users and grant them different privileges
2. Infrastructure items such as room types, room charges, hotel rooms, hotel floors, payment options, tax categories, restaurant tables, restaurant menu items can be created and the database backup can be taken only by the user having administrative privileges
3. In fact, administrator can view all the important analysis reports and update the Hotel Information Parameters which are very important from the hotel perspective.
Other type of users, such as receptionist, can perform all other front desk activities which handle the customers.
Guest In Activities
1. Facility to print the receipt for the advance paid at check-in time
2. Checkout date/time can be specified if other than specified at the time of booking
